Digital Transformation (DTC)

Purpose

 

The FIDIC Digital Transformation Committee (DTC) (“the Committee”) is a working committee of FIDIC appointed by the FIDIC Board, whose primary functions are to:

  • Monitor and identify changes in digital technology or techniques that future proof FIDICs products and services delivery such as for FIDIC contracts.
  • Identify issues or trends within the digital space that could be potential disruptors to FIDIC and or its members and industry.
  • Develop FIDIC’s value proposition for digital services in the Consulting Engineering sector
  • Advise and monitor with the help of the FIDIC secretariat and FIDIC Board large digital programmes

Federation Operations Director

Italo is FIDIC’s Federation Operations Director. Italo has more than 18 years’ work experience in various functions. He works with the FIDIC Board and CEO in the delivery of federation governance and membership business-related activities. He also plans, manages and provides operational support to FIDIC working committees, regional groups, the Directors and Secretaries Council, and Future Leaders groups.
