I have held contract, commercial and project management positions with various firms for nearly 25 years and gained extensive experience in contract management with a special emphasis in commercial management, cost control, scheduling and dispute resolution. I serve as dispute board member, arbitration expert witness and dispute resolution consultant._x000D__x000D_My professional career started in Turkey as a Construction Field Engineer and I then pursued a profession in Project Management in the USA. During this time I have taken responsibilities from tender to post contract stages in all aspects of commercial management including negotiation of change orders, delay, acceleration, differing site condition and inefficiency claims for lump sum contracts as well as cost reimbursable contracts. For the last 10 years I work as a dispute resolution consultant._x000D__x000D_My hand-on experience includes involvement in a wide variety of projects such as railroads, highways, tunnels, airports, power plants, marine works, housing and oil-gas business in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and the USA._x000D_
