Dispute resolution experience
Dispute resolution experience includes mediation, dispute boards and arbitration. Acted as a mediator/arbitrator/dispute board member/secretary to the tribunal and expert witness in construction, engineering, and defence related disputes, including complex multi-party mediations conducted over several days. Aisha also has carried out assignments related to dispute resolution for organizations such as the World Bank, USAID and US DoD. She is a regularly invited speaker at universities and specialized conferences on dispute resolution and matters related to contract drafting, negotiation and administration.
