Exaud Mushi is currently the Managing Director and Member of Board of Directors of NORPLAN Tanzania Limited in Tanzania. He has held that position since 2006. Prior to that he served for over eight years as the Resident Manager and Chief Engineer of NORPLAN AS Tanzania Branch a Norwegian Firm of Consulting Engineers based in Oslo Norway. Notably he was the first Tanzanian to take that position after being held by Norwegian Nationals for over 22 years of the existence of the Branch in Tanzania.
Exaud is a registered consulting engineer in Tanzania with specialisation in Highway Engineering. Exaud was Chairman of the Group of African Member Associations of FIDIC, GAMA from 2007 to 2009. He holds an MSc (Highway) Engineering and BSc (Hons) Engineering both from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
