Mr Moncef Ziani is a civil engineer, graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées of Paris in 1981 and from the High School of Management of Rabat in 1983. Mr Ziani is Vice President of FIDIC and CEO of CID (Conseil, Ingénierie et Développement), a multidisciplinary engineering firm operating in civil engineering, buildings, transportation and hydraulic projects. Based in Morocco, CID in the largest Moroccan consulting company with a staff of 400 engineers & technicians, operating in Africa, in the Middle East as well as in Albania.
Mr Ziani is also a member of the Moroccan Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE-Morocco), Past President of CGEM-Centre, Past President of the Moroccan Federation of Consulting and Engineering (FMCI-Morocco) and Past President of the Federation of African and Arab Consultants (FCAA).
