Speakers :
Vincent Leloup is a Member of the FIDIC Contracts Committee and an Accredited Adjudicator. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Exequatur, a firm specialized in training, consulting and dispute resolution services for the construction industry. Vincent is a professional engineer by trade, with legal qualifications, and comes from a Contractor then consulting engineering background with 20 years of experience on international building and infrastructure projects across Asia, Africa, Europe and Central America. He is one of the drafters of the FIDIC 2017 Suite of Agreements.
