This special two-day seminar has been designed to offer a complete up-to-date review of the effective understanding and use of the 1999 FIDIC Contracts currently in use. The programme has been designed to be highly practical and includes active participation in ‘hands-on’ workshops and discussion sessions. The workshop leaders are highly qualified in their experience of the FIDIC Contracts and are both authors of publications on the Contract Conditions.
