Short summary experiences

I am a practicing consulting engineer and certified adjudicator and a member of the Contracts Workgroup of the European International Contractors Association since 2003. I am a sustaining member of the DRBF and has served as director and president of its Region 2, is a past president of its Executive committee, and is the recipient of Al Mathews Award for distinguished service in this organization.
I presently serve on the ICC ADR Standing Committee on Expertise. I am on the current FIDIC President’s List of Approved Adjudicators; an Approved FIDIC Trainer; and serve on its Task Group for the drafting of General Conditions of Subcontracts for Construction and Design-build Contract Forms.
I hold BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Geology from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered Civil Engineer and Engineering Geologist in California.
I have served and am currently serving on Arbitration Tribunals and Dispute Boards in Romania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Armenia and Ethiopia (Motorway, Infrastructure Rehabilitation), Laos (Hydroelectric); Romania and Vietnam (Building Construction and Residential Development Projects), Madagascar (Mineral Port Construction), Germany (Cogeneration), Zambia and Moldova (Water Supply) and Mozambique (Airport Rehabilitation).
