Short summary experiences

Comprehensive expertise in solving disputes related to large infrastructure projects, providing specialized consultancy to Contractors in solving claims, in the proceedings before the Dispute Adjudication Boards, respectively in the arbitration proceedings.
Supported as a trainer within the program "Public Procurement in Romania - Improving the expertise and legislation for better protection of EU financial interests", a project run by Freedom House Romania and the Anti-Fraud Office, training sessions for a target group of prosecutors and judges.
