Short summary experiences

Mr. Ritchie is a Civil Engineer with more than 40 years of experience obtained in Canada, Asia and Australia. His hydropower and water resources experience includes projects in many parts of Canada, and in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Nepal and India. Until recently he served on the Board of Directors of a major Canadian electric power utility, BC Hydro, and on the Board of Directors of a Canadian anti-corruption non-profit organization, Transparency International Canada. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of two Canadian consulting engineering associations, and of the Canadian Hydropower Association. He also served on the Board of Directors of his employer, Acres International Limited.
Mr. Ritchie has also provided consulting services and training in the field of anti-corruption compliance, specializing in programs for major consulting engineering firms and engineering projects. Mr. Ritchie assisted with the establishment and initial management of a Project anti-corruption compliance system for a major LNG project under construction in northern Australia. Earlier, he served as full-time Compliance Director for an EPCM team implementing a major LNG project that is under construction in Western Australia.
Mr. Ritchie currently serves as co-coordinator of the Vancouver, BC based Anti-Corruption Law Program (ACLP). This program offers regular seminars on topics related to anti-corruption. He also provides training webinars on the topic of Integrity Management to participants in the FIDIC Future Leaders Management Programme.
