FIDIC has announced the shortlist for its 2026 Future Leaders Awards, recognising the outstanding achievements and potential of the consulting engineering industry’s next generation of talent from around the world.
The Future Leaders Awards celebrate individuals who are making a significant contribution to their organisations and to the wider industry and who demonstrate the leadership qualities that will shape the future of infrastructure development globally.
The shortlisted finalists, listed below in no particular order, were selected globally from a highly competitive field of entries submitted by the industry. Winners will be revealed at the FIDIC Global Infrastructure Awards ceremony on Tuesday 15 September 2026 in New Delhi, India.
