Navigating change and delivering infrastructure in the new normal

On day 1 of the international online FIDIC conference, a global perspective on infrastructure demand has been shared by leaders in the industry. On day 2 of the conference, the implications of post-Covid in a world that has changed will be shared by representatives of different stakeholders in our industry. How will we need to change the way we work and adapt processes to meet the challenge of the new normal? Remote working and the use of digital technologies have become even more widespread as a result of the pandemic. How will governments, financial institutions and private sector interact in the future? Will professional conditions change our current way of financing and contracting projects? Can we create a society that is more resilient and agile in order to deal with future crises and recover from the aftershocks of Covid-19?
