FIDIC General Assembly Meeting 2022

Date: Tuesday, 13 September 2022

The 2022 FIDIC General Assembly Meeting (GAM) will be held in accordance with the FIDIC Statutes and By-Laws. The meeting will be held at Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva, Quai du Mont-Blanc 19, 1201, Geneva, Switzerland, room: Ballroom, on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 at 17:15 CEST in a hybrid mode by using Zoom video conference.

FIDIC Member Associations are required to confirm their attendance and notify the FIDIC Secretariat in writing the names of their appointed delegates and/or proxies, and whether they will attend in person or online, no later than 6 September 2022.  GAM Notice, Agenda and Instructions on the conduct of the GAM have been sent to all Member Associations. On the day of the GAM, registration of the appointed delegates and proxies who are attending the meeting in person will start at 16:30 CEST on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Geneva at the address indicated above. Registration of the appointed delegates and proxies who are attending the GAM online will open at 16:30 CEST on the same date using the Zoom link sent to the appointed delegates and proxies.

Honorary, Associate and Affiliate Members of the Federation, representatives of Individual Member Firms of FIDIC Member Associations and their staff, as well as invited observers are asked to register on the FIDIC website to attend the meeting as observers. To comply with FIDIC Global Goals and Climate Change Charter for mitigating climate challenge, all written material for the GAM will be distributed to appointed delegates and proxies by email.
