FIDIC’s series of popular Covid-19 live webinars move on apace this week with an event on kick-starting the economy and the lessons learned from governments around the world. Future webinars will continue a Covid recovery theme with sessions on the international financial institutions, the investors’ perspective, the new normal, the international response, industry resilience and the overall lessons learned.

In the 11 webinars held so far in the series, more than 7,000 people have attended from all corners of the globe, which is a fantastic turnout.

FIDIC CEO Nelson Ogunshakin commented: “The success of these events is a tribute to the excellent speakers we’ve had and the superb organisation by the FIDIC secretariat team. We have seven webinars remaining in our series and the focus of these events will now shift to looking at how the economy and industry will respond and change post Covid-19.”

The remaining seven webinars in the series promise to be essential for all those looking to chart a route through the current crisis and emerge from it in the best possible shape. All the webinars so far have been well attended and booking early for the remaining events is advised.
