Q: Can I still purchase FIDIC contracts online?
A: Yes. FIDIC is fully operational and both printed and soft copies are available. However, due to expanding restrictions, DHL express deliveries could be delayed. We strongly recommend that people place orders for soft copies (digital) over printed copies.
Q: Will new contracts be developed this year?
A: We are glad to confirm that the FIDIC contracts committee is fully operational and relevant meetings are taking place online. We are still planning this year to release an update of the Short Form of Contract, FIDIC Guide for 2017 Rainbow Suite editions as well as a test edition for the Bronze Book (ODBO form of contract for brownfield scenarios). In addition, the FIDIC BIM Protocol is being prepared jointly by the Business Practice, Risk, Liability and Quality, and Contracts Committees for release by September 2020.
Q: What if I ordered a printed version but DHL express cannot deliver?
A: Please note, the order will be returned to FIDIC and upon return, we will offer a reimbursement in due course.
Q: Can I purchase a single bespoke license?

Q: What type of payment options do you accept?
A: Please note, we recommend payment by credit card whenever possible, but bank transfers are also accepted (please note it takes 4-5 working days for the transfer to reach FIDIC).
