FIDIC seeks new conference, events and training executive

Excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced conference, events and training administrator.

International engineering federation FIDIC is looking to recruit an experienced events administrator to assist its head of conference and events and training manager with the organisation’s growing portfolio of conferences events and training courses.

FIDIC is seeking a conference, events and training executive to work across a range of event areas including corporate board meetings, FIDIC’s annual global infrastructure conference, contract users’ conference series, the education, training and development programme, FIDIC’s accreditation and certification programme and other events and mini-conferences organised with third party organisations and other stakeholders.

The role is based in Europe with international travel requirements, as befits an international association, with members in more than 100 countries worldwide. FIDIC is looking for someone with at least five years’ experience of producing, managing and delivering corporate conferences, events, training seminars and awards, who has significant experience in managing business-focused event programmes and relationships with speakers and external partners’ contacts.
