Short summary experiences
My specific experience and direct involvement in adjudication and dispute resolution dates from 2011, when in period 2011 – 2016 I took part in the role of the Engineer’s Representative in assisting the Employer with preparation of his responses to the Contractor’s referrals to DAB and with assisting the Employer’s negotiation strategy which finally led to Amicable Settlement with the Contractor._x000D_Later on, in period 2017 – 2021 I was involved in preparing strategy, structure, preparation and presentation of cases on behalf of another Employer at both Dispute Board and Arbitrations for 6 other disputes. This included engagement of Delay and Quantum external experts in order to prepare detailed analysis and rebuttals of cases that have been referred to both DB and Arbitration. _x000D__x000D_At present I've been considered as single member ad-hoc DAB for FIDIC Red Book 1999 (1st edition) for 3 works contracts in Bosnia and Herzegovina (water supply) and for a member of 3-member DAB for FIDIC Red Book 1999 (1st edition) for a motorway construction contract in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
