Short summary experiences

Since 1987, I have acted as counsel in construction disputes in arbitration, dispute boards and ADR. Initially I was part of the Hong Kong Government internal team dealing with such matters. I have always made it my mission to gain an in depth knowledge of whatever element of construction practice and law is relevant. Because of the wide range of jurisdictions I have practiced in, I am familiar with several systems of law and can easily ide
