I have experience in dispute resolution acting as a neutral as well as representing one of the parties to the dispute as counsel or advisor. I have worked with a range of Dispute Board processes, including DAB as sole-member or member of a three-member panels, as well as counsel representing one of the parties, and DAAB, under the 2017 Red and Yellow books.
I have sat as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings under arbitration rules issued by the KCAB. I have also acted as counsel in International Arbitrations under the ICC Rules, and my experience is entirely related to disputed arising out of projects where the construction contract was based on the FIDIC forms.
I have also been involved in Court Litigation acting as technical expert for one of the parties, either the Employer or the Contractor.
