Of the ten dispute boards mentioned above, I have been either the chairperson of the panel or a sole member. The projects relate mainly to the transportation sector but do include works involving sewerage and water treatment as well as a combined process thermal generating station.The Contracts under which the Works were carried out relate mainly to the FIDIC First Edition 1999 Contracts for Construction and for Plant and Design-Build Forms. At least two of the Boards were carried out under the FIDIC 2010 MDB Harmonized Edition. At the date of this writing I have seven active Boards and statements of availability for another three panels.
