Short summary experiences

The projects listed above encompass current dispute resolution experience in some of the world's largest construction projects and range from the largest being the metro system for the city of Istanbul which has been ongoing as a DAB for close to 10 years and I am the Chair of that DAB. The Entombment of Chernobyl Project deals with the project to make the remaining area safe by entombent of the processing facility and portion of the city of Chernobyl and is ongoing as a DAB. The other Dispute Boards listed are also amongst the largest projects on which I am the Chair such as the Finland Nuclear Reactor Project for the country of Finland and the Lesotho Dam II Hydro Project and have been ongoing for (on average 5 years). Also shown for purposes of dispute resolution experience are the roles I have and am playing currently as arbitrator on the Kazakhstan to China major road project (300 km) connecting Almaty with the Chinese border and the extension of the former Silk Road and the Brazil/Germany/France Steel Plant project which is the largest mediation ever held in South America and dealt with the joint venture of those three countries to build the largest steel manufacturing plant not only in South American but worldwide - I was the mediator on this matter. The last item shown is that of named adjudicator on all of the British Airport construction matters and these encompass both London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports - I have adjudicator in excess of 20 construction matters over the past 5 years.
