Short summary experiences
Since 2005, Aisha has been acting as a neutral in relations to resolving infrastructure and defense related disptues. Her dispute resolution experience includes successfully mediating construction cases to settlement with issues that included design-build contract interpretation, completeness of design, scope of work, design defect, negligent design and engineering, changed site conditions and insurance coverage. Her experience in Dispute Boards (both DABs and DRBs) is on large infrastructure and defense projects such as roads, power generation facilities, facility development, rail, and tunnels. She has served as member on dispute boards for contracts covering traditional, design and construct, and turnkey contracts and is familiar with all relevant Dispute Board rules and procedures including FIDIC, the World Bank Harmonised edition and and ICC Dispute Board Rules. Her experience as a recognized specialist in the design and implementation of dispute resolution systems includes deveoping umbrella mediation agreements for USAF acquisition ADR program, advising the international organizations on the mediation of Construction disputes in Egypt and advising parties and party counsel on case evaluation and preparation.
