As Presiding Arbitrator, I have issued Award on Jurisdiction as well as Final Award on a dispute related to termination of an electricity distribution project. The Hearing was conducted by hybrid means with one party remote and the other in the presence of the Tribunal. For the sole arbitrator project, I was able to conclude the proceedings within a year, despite change of representation of the claiming party and numerous party delays. As a Dispute Board Member, I have been involved in providing an Opinion as well as Decisions on 2 Referrals. AS Dispute Board Chair on an electricity distribution project, there have been no referrals or requests for opinion.
