Adjudication: _x000D_I have given over 60 decisions and opinions since the year 2000, covering highways and bridges, electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure, water & sanitation infrastructure, commercial and social buildings. _x000D__x000D_I have participated in dispute boards as a sole member, a member of a three-person board, as well as a chairman of a three-person board. The boards have included both ad-hoc and standing boards, with the majority being ad-hoc boards._x000D__x000D_FIDIC forms of contract involved in the boards I have participated in have included an amended the 1987 (reprinted in 1992) Red Book, the 1999 Rainbow Suite (all three books) and the 2010 Pink Book._x000D__x000D_Arbitration:_x000D_I have been involved in arbitration, as an arbitrator, since 1994. In all cases dealing with infrastructure projects, including highways, water& waste water (including a dam), an airport and power transmission. I was a sole arbitrator in all of them. Two arbitrations are still on-going._x000D__x000D_Expert on Quantum and Delay (Claims Expert):_x000D_My role involved assessing claims submitted by contractors and assisting the parties reach a negotiated settlement._x000D__x000D_Dispute Resolution Expert/Engineer:_x000D_My role in each of these projects was to provide expert determination after the contractors declared a dispute._x000D__x000D_Expert Witness:_x000D_Appeared in arbitration as an expert witness._x000D__x000D_
