DB Roles: I am currently engaged on two Dispute Boards: One as a Sole DAAB member on a FIDIC 2017 Red Book contract, and on another as a Sole DAB member on a FIDIC 1999 Yellow Book. Adhoc Adjudication: In the past I have been appointed by the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE), and issued three decisions on local construction-related disputes. PPDA Apeals Tribunal: I have also handled 51 cases as a memeber of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assest Authority (PPDA) Apeals tribunal. This tribunal has the powers of a high court.
