Programme overview
This practical training course explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Design, Build and Operate Projects (the “DBO Contract”). The course will elaborate on the Design-Build period as well as the Operation Service Period while highlighting the risk allocation and responsibilities of the parties involved in the Contract.
The course will cover variations, claims, and brief on the dispute resolution mechanism. Case studies are included.
