This course, Module 1A (Advanced), presents 101 challenging questions that relate to the practical issues of the FIDIC Contracts, and so creates a dialogue and understanding on how the documents are to be used. The course is designed for the optimum interaction between the delegates and the tutor, so that not only are the questions posed answered, but there is adequate discussion and explanation as to the basis of the answers.
