FIDIC Conditions of Contract are now increasingly used in infrastructure projects throughout the world. The three courses have been designed to offer a complete and effective understanding on the management of contract claims, the working of Dispute Adjudication Boards and the basic form of appointments between a Client and the Consultant.

While Module 2 provides practical advice to those working with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract in the management of claims, understanding, defending and achieving the resolution of disputes, Module 3 is designed to provide an in-depth understanding and working of Dispute Adjudication Boards and Arbitration and Module 0 is intended for general use for purposes of pre-investment and feasibility studies, designs and administration of construction and project management, with both for employer-led design teams and for contractor-led design teams under the Design and Build Procurement.
