Building a successful FIDIC Future Leaders group - Webinar 3: Operations and events for your Future Leaders group
The webinar series is aimed at existing Future Leaders groups and their members, member associations and regional groups of FIDIC, member firms and Future Leaders who wish to start a Future Leaders group. This is intended to be an interactive way to share and learn, understand the challenges being experienced in various parts of the world and to lobby support for those who need it.
The series will be moderated by Jeshika Ramchund of the FIDIC Africa Executive Committee and Future Leaders.
This webinar will outline the steps to be taken to make a group operational and to hold events and will include a case study from representatives of groups who are finding it challenging to become established and fully functional.

Case Study #3 – Interactive session on challenges and solutions
Future Leaders from Kenya, Mexico and Sudan will take part in an interactive session on the challenges and solutions for new groups that are struggling to gain traction where they will discuss the problems that they are experiencing and how best to resolve them. Invited contributors to this case study session are LaToya Ouna (ACE Kenya Future Leaders Chair), Rodrigo Juarez (CNEC Future Leaders), Aymen Abdelrahman (SEACA Future Leaders).
All young professionals under the age of 40 from FIDIC member associations are strongly encouraged to sign up to this three-part webinar series, Building a successful FIDIC Future Leaders group. By participating, you will gain an understanding of how to set up a group and the important role that they play in providing a platform for young professionals in the consulting engineering industry.
