Dispute resolution experience
Acting as adjudicator references under institutional and ad hoc procedures. These disputes include main contract, subcontract and professional services disputes. Acting as mediator in construction disputes. Instructed as expert witness (including forensic investigations) on over a 200 disputes involving construction defects, quality of work, design and specification defects, delays and professional negligence , instructed as arbitrator on disputes concerning latent defects insurance and coal mining subsidence claims.
