The documents in the collection are provided in the following format:

General Conditions which cannot be modified

• Particular Conditions which can be modified to suit the needs of a project.
• Forms which can be modified to suit the needs of a project.

The General Conditions are available in a pdf encrypted version. They are supplied by FIDIC as a regulated version to a specified client.

The Particular Conditions are available in a non-encrypted pdf version from which the text can be copied.

A Purchaser of a FIDIC Document shall recognise FIDIC’s rights in its trademarks and copyright and shall not infringe nor shall it knowingly allow another entity to do so.

No part of the FIDIC Documents can be copied, reproduced, published, translated, or distributed without authorisation from FIDIC or for commercial use.
