International engineering federation FIDIC has launched its prestigious international management training programme for young professionals for 2019.
The 2019 FIDIC Young Professionals Management Training Programme offers a seven-month online management course for future leaders in the consulting engineering industry and similar technology-based firms. The course has two main elements - an online module where participants work in their office or at home using an online platform for communication, and a conference module where all participants meet for five days of intensive face-to-face training and mentoring prior to the annual FIDIC conference in Mexico City in September 2019.
The popular programme has seen almost 60 countries participate since 2004, giving young professionals high-quality management and business skills training across the key disciplines they need as aspiring business leaders in the consulting engineering industry. Key areas covered by the training include organisation and human resources, marketing and business development and business consolidation.
