Mr Liu, Senior Engineer, MRICS, has 26 years of consulting engineering experiences in China and overseas, with 10 years experience of water resources and hydro-power projects construction and management based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract, and 15 years consulting experience in large, complex and multidisciplinary urban development projects.
Since 1998, he has been actively involved in FIDIC affairs, serving as Member of FIDIC YPFSC from 2007 to 2009, Member of FIDIC Integrity Management Committee since 2009, EC member of FIDIC ASPAC since 2011, chairman of ASPAC since 2015, and Trainer for FIDIC Certified Engineer Program since 2015. In 2008, he was awarded FIDIC China Young Professionals excellence
award by FIDIC & CNAEC, he was invited by FIDIC as friendly reviewer on FIDIC DB Rules, New red and silver book in 2016 & 2017.
