You can modify your adresses once you are logged into your account online.
Click on "User Account" then "My adresses" and "Edit" the adress you need to modify.

Select standard* or express delivery in the checkout when placing your order.
The related cost and delivery delay will be displayed on the page.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If you return your items, the express shipping costs will not be refunded.

* Standard delivery might not be proposed if your parcel is too heavy or for some locations.

The order/invoice number must be specified in the bank transfer form to avoid delays in the order processing.
Bank transfer fees must be solely borne by the client.
FIDIC reserves the right not to dispatch the order until full payment has been received.*

Yes, you can purchase FIDIC contracts on behalf of your Company.
Simply fill in the Company name and VAT number details in the online order form.

Can I order by email? We are very sorry but it is currently not possible to order by email.
No purchase order sent by email or snail mail will be handled.
Each customer may place its order online.

If you forgot your current password click on "Forgotten password".

  1. Select the item you chose on the bookshop ( type the name of the item in the Search if requested)
  2. Select the format printed or downloadable pdf in the drop down menu.
  3. Select the language to find if the publication is available.
  4. Modify quantities in the Basket page.
  5. Fill in the order form
  6. Choose your payment mode ( Bank transfer / Credit card / Proforma)
  7. An email notification will be sent to the email account used to place the order.

Payment can be made by Credit card or Bank Transfer as per FIDIC general conditions.

Was your order placed after 16.00 pm (CET Time)? If so, your order might only be processed the following day.
Did you place your order before or over a public holiday or during a public holiday, or over the week-end? If so, your order will be processed on the next working day.

Send an email to FIDIC customer service with the title " Order cancellation : Order number xxxx"
This email must be sent the day of your order.

FIDIC can not warranty that your order will be cancelled.
Please contact FIDIC Customer service as soon as you can.

We can't make any changes to your order once you've placed it - this includes the delivery option, delivery address, payment method or any other addition and or modification.

A Proforma invoice can be created online at anytime. Simply place your order and choose PROFORMA as the payment mode at the end of your purchase. You will then receive a notification email.
This Proforma invoice can be used to issue a Purchase Order.

1. Simply go to www.fidic.org and log into your account.
If you have no account yet click on " Create a new account".
If you forgot your current password click on "Forgotten password".
2. Select your products in the bookshop.
3. Go to your Basket and click on Payment.
4. Fill in the billing and shipping address and any other required information (VAT number).
5. Tick the box “I agree with the Terms of Service”.
6. Click on “Continue to next step”.
7. Select the required shipping service. ( delivery time and costs will be displayed there)
8. Click on “Continue to next step”
9. At the bottom of the page select Proforma as the payment mode.
10. You will receive a quote per notification email in the following days.

Select standard* or express delivery in the checkout when placing your order.

Your shipping fees will be calculated and displayed while placing your order online.
You may choose between Standard and Express delivery.
You are responsible for all duties, taxes and custom fees

If you simply need a quote, choose Proforma as the payment mode at the end of the process.

You can track your package once you are logged into your account online
Click on "User Account" then "Orders" and go to "Order tracking link"
You will get an overview of the current status of your order.

Simply select express delivery in the checkout when placing your order. The delivery delay will be displayed on the page.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If you return your items, the express shipping costs will not be refunded.

Was your order placed after 16.00 pm (CET Time)? If so, your order might only be processed the following day.

If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card.
If the payment was made via Bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the linked Bank Account.
You should be refunded within 20 working days of accepting your reimbursement query.

We do not offer exchanges.

15 working days return policy: We have a return policy of 15 working days within receipt of the goods ordered. This means that you can send any faulty item ordered back to us within 15 working days.* Beyond that 15 working days period, the delivered order will be deemed as accepted by the client.  You should be refunded within 20 working days of receiving back your faulty item. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the client. The order must be returned directly to our Customer Service department.

*We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage.
