This course will bring you the necessary detailed knowledge and insights as to the claim management and dispute resolution provisions under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Although focused on the Second Edition 2017 of FIDIC Contract Forms the course will also present the main differences with the First 1999 Edition. This Module 2 is designed to provide pratcial advice to those working with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract in the management of claims, understanding, defending and achieving the resolution to claims, and the workings of the Dispute Avoidance & Adjudication Board and Arbitration. Various case studies / work exercises will be proposed to participants.
