Internationally and nationally renowned engineers, construction arbitration specialists and in-house lawyers of leading companies will be there to share their practical experience and knowledge on the FIDIC contracts and the related procedures for claims and disputes, Dispute Boards and ICC Arbitration in construction cases.
EARLY BIRD rate upto 28 April 2017: US$ 499 + 15% Indian taxes
ICC and FIDIC Member rate after 28 April 2017: $599 +15 % Indian taxes
Non-member rate after 28 April 2017: $750 + 15% Indian taxes
The registration fee includes conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches and a cocktail reception. Travel and hotel expenses are at the delegates' own expense.
The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Delhi (Bhikaji Cama Place, Ring Road, New Delhi 110607, India) on Thursday 29 June 2017 to Friday 30 June 2017.
Hotel room reservations:
Participants/Speakers are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations. ICC India has secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency with the following preferential rates which are inclusive of buffet breakfast and room internet but exclusive of taxes:
Hyatt Guest Room single rate: INR 8500; double rate: INR 9500
Club Room single rate: INR 12500; double rate: INR 13500
Upon receipt of your registration, a Group Code will be provided in order to enable access to the hotel site and the preferencial rates. Please note that the room block will expire on 29 May 2017.
Invitation letters to support your visa application can be obtained only after receipt of your registration form and full payment of registration fees. Please contact Ms Katharine Bernet at ICC, email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Visa applications for entry into India can take several weeks to process. If travellers from your country of citizenship require a visa to enter India we highly recommend that you begin the visa application process now.
