FIDIC Contract Module 1: Practical Use of the FIDIC Contracts

This practical training course or seminar, provided by professional engineers with extensive international experience, explains and illustrates the use of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (the “Construction Contract”) and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (the “Design- Build Contract”).

The course is designed to help the participants have confidence in working with these documents whether representing employers, consultants or contractors. Case studies are included.

FIDIC Contract Module 2: Management of Variations and Claims (Cost and Time)

Ensuring that staff using FIDIC contracts can manage claims and disputes. Explaining the notification procedure for the different types of Claims, how to prepare and submit the claims and the Variations, discussing the employer’s Claims and the Contractor’s Claims, and the evaluation of the Claims and variations.

Terms and Conditions:

The training is fully accredited and authorized by FIDIC and conducted by a FIDIC Accredited trainer.
FIDIC Books will include one FIDIC Red and one FIDIC Yellow Books for each participant.
The Client shall provide at its cost the venue for conducting the training.
Training fees shall be paid 20 days before conducting the training
The training will include a coffee break and lunch
