Acting as Arbitrator, Conciliator, Adjudicator and Mediator of construction disputes involving detailed technical issues as well as complex legal arguments.
Advising clients from different engineering, legal and cultural backgrounds on construction contracts, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.
