Dr.Sarwono Hardjomuljadi, born in Pekalongan on June 6, 1953, Professional qualifications are Principal Professional Engineer, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer, FIDIC Affiliate Member, FIDIC International Accredited Trainer, FIDIC Adjudicator, Member of Dispute Board Federation, Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator, and Country Representative for Indonesia of Dispute Resolution Board Foundation.

He is the Special Adviser to the Minister of Public`Works of Indonesia, Vice Chairman of Indonesian National Board for Construction Services Development (LPJKN), FIDIC Training Supplier, Specialist on Procurement and Contract, Dispute Board in several infrastructure projects. .
Formerly he is the Vice President of PT PLN Persero (the State Electricity Corporation), Director of Geothermal Energy Corporation, where he has been working on FIDIC Contract since 1982 and involved in contract administration & claim settlement of the construction of 10 HEPP in Indonesia, as the Site Engineer, Project Manager and Project Director for tunnel, dam and infrastructure works.

He is also lecturer on Contract Administration at Mercu Buana University, Tarumanagara University, Muhammadiyah University Jakarta; Parahyangan University Bandung; Atma Jaya Univrersity, Yogyakarta..
